Our client is one of the UK’s leading systems integrators of automation equipment into the automotive market. Their unique ability to handle both electrical and mechanical contracts from concept to completion means they are the preferred choice of many of the UK based Motor Manufacturers and Tier 1 suppliers.
They are currently seeking to recruit and experienced Site * Project Manager to be based on a client site in Oxfordshire.
Candidates must have a proven background of site and project management of automated systems installations within the Automotive sector, preferably with experience of Body–In–White applications and will be an excellent communicator as the prime function of this role is to communicate and develop relationships with the OEM client.
Duties will involve ensuring projects* installations run smoothly, on time and on cost from initial contract review to handover. Projects are predominantly based in the BIW area but this role will encompass responsibility for developing business within other areas of the manufacturing facility as well as responsibility for resolving*troubleshooting any manpower or design issues.
